The ACCOMPANYING APP for Ready Responders to make virtual care visits. This app is only for use within Ready Responders-issued equipment. It is NOT the Ready Responder app.
This app allows Ready Responders to connect patients to board-certified doctors for virtual visits as part of the overall Ready Responders visit protocol, as well as to create new accounts and manage accounts within the virtual visit platform. Visits can be conducted using video or only audio through the Ready Responders-issued equipment.
The contacted doctors can diagnose, recommend treatment, and prescribe medication, if medically necessary, for many medical issues that may arise during Ready Responder home visits. The doctors can work with the Ready Responders in the field to improve their understanding of the situation and patient condition.
Credentials are required to login to this app, and a code is required to register new patients or conduct visits. Ready Responders can receive credentials and codes from their supervisors.
Training on how to use this app will be conducted during Ready Responder training sessions.
